LIMITED LIFETIME MECHANICAL WARRANTY AND SERVICE

Taccia by ITOYA products have been constructed to the highest quality, utilizing meticulous craftsmanship, superior materials and numerous quality control standards. Taccia by ITOYA stands behind its products and are pleased to offer a Limited Lifetime Mechanical Warranty which cover defects in materials or workmanship throughout the life with the original owner. This warranty does not cover damages incurred from user abuse, misuse or non-factory alterations or modifications of any kind.

If your Taccia pen should require non-warranty service, we will repair, refurbish and return any product for a nominal charge.

• All Domestic Warranty Service fees will be charged to customers in the amount of $14.95 per pen which cover shipping and handling in the United States - payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
• For International Warranty Service, fees will be charged to customers in the amount of $19.95 per pen which cover international shipping and handling - payments accepted by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

To properly initiate a warranty or non-warranty service request, please send an e-mail to: info@itoya.com, addressing the subject as "Taccia Return Authorization Request" and provide the following information:

• Your name, address, and telephone number(s).
• Briefly state the issue you are experiencing with your Taccia by ITOYA product.
• If possible, please provide Proof of Purchase information.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for most repairs to be completed
